Here I am stuffing microwave popcorn in my mouth and trying to figure out what to write. First off, "Hello everyone".
Next is to explain how I got into bookbinding. Totally and unexpectedly random act of choosing a workshop to attend while I was in the UK one spring. I was looking for something that was on during my stay. I signed up online thinking I was going to take a workshop that was completely different. I think I put the wrong course in my cart.
When I got to London I discovered I was taking a bookbinding workshop. Fate had intervened on my behalf. I liked it. I don't know why, I just liked it So I've carried on making books and taken a longer course at the local Art School. I'll continue on making books and learning more. As I learn, I'll share with you and hopefully build up a good resource for bookbinding.
I have to confess this isn't my first blog. I have another, very neglected blog called Adventures in Photoshop. Here's the link. http://neonsunshine-jody.blogspot.ca/
This blog will be similar in nature. Thanks for dropping by.
