I'm endeavoring to find another way to keep people updated.
It all started when I downloaded Mail Chimp. Websites from people I trust use it, so it made sense. But really, I blame Mail Chimp for leading me into guilt ridden morass. Their site suggested PRIVY, the offending app. Next time I'll read the TOUs.

Meanwhile back at the apps. Personally I think that it is just wrong, wrong, wrong to force the average person to agree to a lengthy contract that a group of corporate lawyers wrote.
Think about it. Who's going to win in that situation?
